Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not good.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported to our Customer Service team on the same day. Once verified by the merchant, we will take appropriate action.
- For warranty-related complaints, please contact the manufacturer. Refunds approved by us will be processed within 1-2 business days.
